We recommend driving to our school, so you will have a means to transport your finished specimens back home. For those of you who wish to fly, we suggest flying into Missoula, Montana for your first choice, and Spokane, Washington for your 2nd choice. Both airports have car rentals available. Those of you who fly, will need to crate and ship your mounts home at your own expense.
Upon arrival, please check into motel or other applicable housing. You may want to contact the motel if you will be arriving earlier than your scheduled reservation, or at a very late hour.
Please plan to arrive at ATTC on Monday morning at 8:00 am. If you have problems finding our school, please call us at 827-5180.
Pens and notebooks are supplied. You do not need to bring note taking materials!
From Spokane: Hwy 2 N. to Hwy 200 E.
(In the summer, you may take the Thompson Pass from Kingston, Id, which comes out on Prospect Crk Rd.)
From Missoula: Hwy 93 N. then W on Hwy 200
(On this route you will pass a 2nd school, (MVST). Do not be confused, our school is located as shown on map.
Once you are on Cherry Creek Rd, go 4.7 mi. then turn Right on Saleesh. We are the 1st drive on Right.

Packing:
You may find the following items to be useful during your stay:
- Camera; For recording various stages of the mounting process during class. (Video cameras are also allowed during demonstrations.)
- Cell Phone and/or Calling Card; (No long distance calling available from school phone.
- Cooler
- Hiking Shoes
- Fishing Gear
- Flashlight
- Seasonal Gear: ie: swimsuit, or archery equipment (for those planning to fall archery hunt immediately following our late summer class.)
